The following people are independently entitled to submit an application: Professors, Permanent Lecturers, Assistant Professors (outside a profile area). The beneficiaries have the discretion to share their congress subsidies with other members of the University of St. Gallen.
The subsidy covers congress fees as well as expenses for travelling and lodging (according to “Allgemeines Spesenreglement der Universität St. Gallen”), if the following criteria are met cumulatively: active participation in the congress (lecture, presentation, paper etc.), evidence of participation, uploading the paper, presentation etc. in full text version to Alexandria Research Platform.
