The first ICT Work Programme under H2020 provides a wide range of topics for collaborative projects with European partners from industry and academia.
The European Commission (EC) declared in the European Parliament on 26 February that Switzerland must be considered an industrialised third country in Horizon 2020 following the adoption of the Swiss popular vote on the limitation of mass immigration on 9 February 2014.
Swiss project partners can take part in an international consortium without requesting an EU grant. The Swiss State Secretariat for Education, Research and Innovation (SERI) will finance the Swiss participants.
